Poushali works as a consultant with Counselect, where works to provide flexi talent solutions to legal professionals ranging from junior to mid-level within corporate legal departments of enterprises and high-growth companies.
Prior to joining Counselect, Poushali worked with the Talent Acquisition team at Firstsource Solutions Ltd.
On her time off, Poushali enjoys dancing and watching thrillers on Netflix to unwind and destress. She loves feeding stray animals and wishes to open an animal shelter someday.
Poushali has completed her BA., LLB, and Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources from Christ University, Bangalore.
