The Enterprise Leaders Circle (ELC), is a forum for General Counsels, heads of functions and innovation leaders from across the legal ecosystem, aimed at peer learning and engagement on future facing themes related to technology, innovation and changemaking. 

Every conversation around innovation seems to involve AI. What does this really mean for lawyers and corporate legal departments? We invite you to join us for the ELC Workshop Series, to not only answer this question, but also equip you to harness the possibilities that AI presents.

Generative AI is changing the very way work is being done across the board. Many of us in the legal domain are inclined to agree that the legal profession is not insulated from this.

We aim to get ahead of the curve and understand how Generative AI works and how it fits in the context of Corporate Legal Departments.

• As an experiential workshop with hands-on learning, it requires commitment from 11 AM to 4 PM. The option to nominate is available subject to seat availability.

An esteemed alumnus of Teach For India, University of Chicago's Anubhav Lecture Series, and Oxford's Machine Learning Summer School 2023. Saurabh founded Samta.Law which was acquired by Sarvam.ai where he is continuing to champion the vision of elevating legal standards globally.

As the CEO, Ritvik leads Vahura’s growth and strategy initiatives across all verticals. His areas of expertise include practice acquisition, board advisory, and consulting. Ritvik regularly mentors changemakers and entrepreneurs, as part of Agami's No Changemaker Left Behind initiative. He was also one of the co-founders of Rainmaker, a pioneer in the space of training and education services for the legal domain. Rainmaker designed and ran the All India Bar Exam, India’s first-ever nationwide bar exam for lawyers. 

Balanand leads the Consulting Group at Vahura. In this role, he contributes to corporate legal departments of enterprises and growth organizations through operating models, technology consulting and market intelligence. He also works with domestic and international law firms supporting them through legal market intelligence, partnership and governance structuring, M&A and expansion strategy. 

Vaishali spearheads both strategy and execution at Counselect, leveraging her deep expertise in legal product strategy, business case definitions for legal solutions, and legal project management. A lawyer by training, she brings with her an enriched experience of nearly 15 years in the legal tech domain. Prior to Counselect, Vaishali made significant contributions at Pramata, a US-based CLM product company. There, she donned multiple hats – from shaping early client solutions and engaging directly with legal departments, to leading operations for product implementation, and ultimately helming the role of head of product. Her multifaceted experience underscores her credibility in driving transformative legal tech solutions.
