Who we are
Navigator is the mentorship vertical of Vahura, India’s pioneering search and consulting firm in the specialist domains of legal, finance, compliance, policy and boards.
For around 15 years, Vahura has worked closely with top domestic and international law firms, corporates and funds—advising, hiring, building teams.
Along the way, we’ve seen two sides of the same story: the aspirations and anxieties of young professionals, and the expectations and constraints of employers.

Tanuja Tridib
Tanuja Tridib is a Consultant with Vahura’s Navigator vertical, where she plays a key role in re-imagining and building Navigator 2.0. It is Vahura's national mentorship and career-preparedness venture for law students. Based in Mumbai, she works across the entire lifecycle of product strategy, development, and delivery. From designing new service offerings to positioning, marketing, and selling them to law schools and law students, Tanuja brings a strong blend of insight, creativity, and execution to everything she does.
Pragya Pathak
As a Research Consultant with Vahura’s Law Firm & Funds Recruitment team, Pragya focuses on talent mapping, market research, and internal process improvement. She is also a part of the Navigator team, Vahura’s mentorship vertical, aimed at guiding young legal professionals through holistic mentorship sessions.
Suraj Rai
