Arpita heads Vahura's Mentorship Practice where she focuses on driving overall strategy for the team as well as partnering with law schools across the country on developing bespoke career-guidance and mentorship workshops for their students. In addition to this role, Arpita also heads the Candidate Engagement team at Vahura.
Arpita began her legal career with The Chambers of Law (now known as Zeus Associates). She later joined Duncan Lewis and Solicitors, a UK-based law firm before joining Goldman Sachs in their derivatives legal team.
Arpita graduated with a BSL., LLB.degree from ILS Law College, Pune.
