Dhruv is a Consultant with the Finance and Human Resources Recruitment teams at Vahura, based in Bengaluru. He supports junior to mid-level hiring across finance and HR functions, working closely with clients to identify talent aligned with both functional and cultural requirements.
Before joining Vahura, Dhruv was part of the Global HR team at Tata Elxsi, where he worked as an HR Business Partner for their Japan operations. His role involved managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support business strategy.
Dhruv holds a dual Master’s degree in Business and Organisational Psychology and Human Resource Development & Management from Christ University, Bengaluru and Steinbeis University, Berlin.
Outside of work, Dhruv is an avid rock climber and enjoys exploring global literature across genres. He is also passionate about motorcycle touring and traveling, with a keen interest in discovering new cultures and local traditions.
