Kashish is a Consultant with the Corporate Legal Recruitment Team at Vahura. She focuses on junior-level in-house recruitment mandates across India. Her role spans sourcing, screening, assessing, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting offer negotiations, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and candidates.
Before transitioning into recruitment, Kashish worked as a Legal Associate at Kang & Associates and Innov Legum. This background equips her with a practitioner’s perspective and strong analytical skills that enrich her work in talent engagement.
Kashish holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from GD Goenka University and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
Outside of work, Kashish is a foodie and coffee enthusiast who enjoys swimming, dancing, and meditation. She is also passionate about poetry, having several of her poems published in newspapers and magazines, and aspires to publish her own book someday.
