As a Research Consultant with Vahura’s Law Firm & Funds Recruitment team, Pragya focuses on talent mapping, market research, and internal process improvement. She is also a part of the Navigator team, Vahura’s mentorship vertical, aimed at guiding young legal professionals through holistic mentorship sessions.
Before joining Vahura, she worked as an Associate at a Boutique Law Firm, handling contract drafting, compliance, due diligence, and business development in corporate and employment law. She holds a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) from NLU Odisha and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from HNLU Raipur.
With a strong foundation in legal research and a creative spirit, she enjoys bringing a well-rounded approach to my work. Outside of work, she is passionate about art, music, and nature. On a weekend, you’ll find her immersed in books or stained in paints.
