Radha Kamdar is a Senior Consultant advising law firms on growth strategy, practice development and firm management. With over six years of experience across the legal and professional services ecosystem, she works with law firms across different growth stages to help them think more strategically about how they build, position and scale their practices.
Her experience spans a wide spectrum of non-billable yet business-critical functions within professional firms, including practice development, client strategy, market positioning, partner-level practice development, digital strategy, and legal technology adoption— positioning her as a key enabler of firm-wide growth and operational excellence.
Drawing on her legal training and understanding of the professional services market, Radha brings a structured and commercially grounded approach to advising law firms on how to build stronger practices, deepen client relationships and position themselves more competitively in an evolving legal marketplace.
Radha holds a Company Secretary (CS) qualification, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Financial Law.
Outside of work, she has a keen interest in history, geopolitics and current affairs, and also enjoys reading, writing and travelling.
