Rishabh is a Consultant at Vahura, where he bridges the gap between organizational efficiency and business growth. Within the consulting team, he specializes in compensation benchmarking, organization structure design, and recruitment for high-impact Business Development roles. Alongside his technical consulting work, he also plays a key role in the Client Solutions team, focusing on account management and relationship building.
Before joining Vahura, Rishabh built a diverse portfolio in International Sales, Customer Success and Talent Acquisition. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, holding a Master’s in HR Management.
A lifelong student of the human experience, Rishabh is deeply interested in psychology and spirituality, often exploring how these disciplines inform our understanding of the mind & beyond.
