Tanya is a Research Consultant with the Corporate Legal Recruitment Team at Vahura. She works as a strategic partner to the team, supporting mid to senior-level hiring across legal, compliance, and HR functions. She brings a blend of strong research capability, market intelligence, and strategic support to enhance both hiring outcomes and internal team impact.
Tanya began her career as an HR Operations Specialist with KPMG Global Services, where she served as a key coordination point between stakeholders, the recruitment team. She then joined Ally Venture as a Researcher, supporting mandates across maritime, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, financial services, fintech, and technology. She further deepened her expertise at Elliott Scott HR, initially supporting the UK team before taking full ownership of research responsibilities across APAC, EMEA, and Japan.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a dual specialisation in Human Resources and Marketing, and has close to four years of experience across HR operations, recruitment, research, and talent advisory.
Outside of work, Tanya is a passionate writer who enjoys expressing herself through poetry, articles, and short verses in both English and Hindi. In 2020, she published her own anthology, which also featured the work of around 30 underprivileged writers—an initiative she considers one of her most meaningful achievements.
