A Managing Consultant with the In-House Practice Group, Vani focuses on recruiting for senior legal, compliance, corporate governance and public policy roles for enterprises and high-growth organizations.
Before joining Vahura in 2013, Vani worked with ANS Consulting where she handled hiring for mid and senior levels for varied clientele. The domains she hired for include IT, BPO, KPO, Entertainment and E-commerce amongst others.
In her leisure time, Vani loves walks in nature and is a fitness enthusiast. She also loves to cook, which is reflected in the books she chooses to buy and read.
Vani has a degree in Sociology from Sri Venkateswara College and a PG Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan.
