Yamini works on leadership and niche hiring mandates across legal, compliance, and governance functions, partnering with organizations to solve complex talent challenges. She also plays a key role in building structured business development processes and enhancing Vahura’s outreach and positioning through a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
Before joining Vahura, Yamini held business development and client-facing roles across professional services and high-growth environments. She has worked with organizations such as BDO India LLP, Quess Corp Ltd., Varx Software, and ENIL (Radio Mirchi – The Times Group), where she focused on revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder management, particularly in sectors like online gaming and affiliate-led growth models.
Yamini holds an MBA in Marketing and brings over a decade of experience across business development, market intelligence, and client relationship management.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new ideas, following market and geopolitical trends, and engaging in conversations around current affairs and cinema. She also values quiet time through reading, music, cooking, and spending time with close friends and family.
