Roshni is a consultant with the Private Practice and Funds group. She recruits for junior to mid-senior-level positions for law firms and investment funds across practice areas. She is also a part of the Brand and Communications team wherein she manages and generates thought leadership pieces for Vahura.
Prior to joining Vahura, Roshni was working with a senior counsel in the Bombay High Court where she worked on matters related to environmental, land and labour laws.
Roshni enjoys finding creative solutions to bring more value to clients and improve internal processes. She’s always looking to learn more about scaling businesses sustainably to add value to all stakeholders involved.
Outside of work, Roshni loves learning new languages, exploring new places, adventure sports and reading books related to psychology and fiction. She is passionate about environmental, animal and human rights.
