As a Consultant with the Mentorship team at Vahura, she is responsible for building partnerships with the Law Schools and conducting Recruitment Preparatory Services for law students. Additionally, she is an integral part of Vahura's Internal Hiring and HR team where she is responsible for building & hiring for Vahura's internal teams and inducting new members.
Smriti comes with a background in Hospitality and Human Resources. Before joining Vahura in 2019, she worked for organizations such as William E. Connor & Associates, PepsiCo and Barbeque Nation. These tenures contributed to her gaining experience in managing HR operations across regions and talent acquisition across industries.
She reads, travels and experiments with various cuisines to unwind.
Smriti has a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration and Human Resource Management.
