As a Research Consultant, Utkarsh works with the In-House group, where he is responsible for conducting in-depth research and making use of his sprawling network to source candidates for Legal, CS & Compliance positions. In addition to this, he is a key player in the development of our Compliance vertical. By studying the compliance industry, building an effective pipeline, and taking initiatives for its expansion and improvement, Utkarsh is constantly seeking out opportunities to grow in the field.
When not at work, Utkarsh is a wordsmith who enjoys journaling and runs his writing page. He is also extremely fond of Bollywood cinema. Utkarsh also dreams of traveling to every nook and corner of the world.
Utkarsh has completed his graduation in Economics from Earthinators Climate School.
